Overview

At Mercedes On Rent, we take pride in offering premium Mercedes-Benz vehicles paired with professional chauffeurs to make your ride truly exceptional. As our fleet is exclusively maintained for luxury travel experiences, we follow a clear and transparent payment policy to ensure smooth confirmations and reliable service for every booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed only after a 50% advance payment of the total rental amount.

For example:
✔ Advance Payment: ₹10,000
✔ Total Rental: ₹20,000

Once we receive your advance payment:
✔ Your selected date and vehicle will be blocked.
✔ The car will be reserved exclusively for your trip.
✔ A digital booking confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

2. Payment Before Departure

The remaining 50% balance must be paid on the day of the booking before the vehicle is dispatched from our location in Delhi.

Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or Cash (as mutually agreed).

🚘 The vehicle will not be released or dispatched until the final payment has been received in full.

3. Important Notes

• All transactions must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Delay in final payment may result in cancellation or rescheduling, for which Mercedes On Rent will not be responsible.

• Payment receipts and confirmations will be issued digitally for your convenience.
