1. Overview

At Caravan On Rent, we value your time and travel plans. However, due to the limited availability of our luxury chauffeur-driven RVs and motorhomes, we follow a strict cancellation policy to ensure fair planning for all customers.

2. Cancellation Charges

In case of booking cancellation, the following charges will apply:

• More than 21 days before the travel date:
  10% cancellation fee (90% refund of the total booking amount)

• Between 14 to 21 days before the travel date:
  50% cancellation fee (50% refund of the total booking amount)

• Within 14 days of the travel date:
  100% cancellation fee (No refund)

3. Refund Processing

• All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

• Refunds will be issued within 15 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

• Any bank, transaction, or processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Important Notes

• No refunds will be given for early returns, unused rental days, or no-shows.

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp with a valid booking ID.

• Refund eligibility will be calculated from the time the cancellation request is received.
